HICTECH® Quik Fix Repair Kits are a productive and cost efficient way of ensuring that should an emergency arise within your processing facility, emergency alternatives are available for immediate implementation until further necessary maintenance can be carried out. The emergency kits allow customers to remain productive in the event of an emergency repair, by reducing and/or avoiding any unplanned downtime.

Quik Fix – Pipe Strap

The Emergency Pipe Strap made from high tensile strength wearing polymer is a fast and effective pipe solution to suit holed pipes, up to 800mm O.D. The ratchet tension strap ensures a tight seal around the damaged area and also creates a water tight seal. This product is light weight and can be easily installed in seconds. The product comes in two sizes to guarantee no more leaky pipes. The sizes are 165 x 165 x 25mm and 265 x 165 x 25mm.

Quik Fix – Pipe Wrap

The Quik Fix – Pipe Wrap is made from a urethane impregnated fiberglass tape and is a reliable temporary repair for metal, plastic and composite pipes. Easy to use with no tools required and can be applied to any type of pipe joints and / or elbows. With a curing time of 30 minutes this highly visible wrap is a must have in every processing facility. The tape size is 100mm x 3.65m

Quik Fix – Mag Patches

This is an innovative solution that provides a very fast and simple way of repairing a hole in a chute, bins etc, without the need for any specialist tools or equipment. The repair patch consists of ultra strong magnets that have been embedded in a high tensile strength and wearing polymer. The patch features a reflective rope handle that assists with its installation and removal at night. With no requirement for a special work permit, these patches are simply placed over the hole (damaged area) to prevent further material spillage. These patches are available in 55 x 55mm, 105 x 105mm, 165 x 165mm and 270 x 280 mm.
